Bookings are only confirmed upon payment commitment.
Payments made are non-refundable.
Rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled engagement, subject to availability.
Extra time beyond the agreed duration attracts additional charges.
Transportation/logistics fees apply to physical engagements unless otherwise stated.
Clients are expected to provide necessary details and feedback on time for smooth service delivery.
Services rendered will strictly align with the agreed scope of work. Additional requests may attract extra charges.
The Apex House reserves the right to decline engagements that conflict with its values or professional standards.
